how to get rid of..
aoa dear fellows . addiction of anything is harmful . i am becoming addictor of my laptop , i check forum again and again without purpose , check my account on social media . byt this thing is affecting my studies a lot . please give any useful suggestion because i cannot lock it in cupboard because i need it for studies too but it is big source divertng my attention. so please help me...

solution i found . i have permanently deleted my Fb and twitter accounts as they are of no use. i have got only pain and frustration whenever i used them.
i stopped using any forum for 2 years, now i use cssforum only to get only latest information.

Biggest problem of the time
I deactivated my FB account more than a dozen time but active it after a day or two. This is really a bad addiction and wasting my precious time

FB does not want members to be deleted permanently. it is third party application (approved by FB) which i used. i searched on google "how can i delete my FB account permanently" as a result i found it and filled my information. then eactivated . for 30 days i did not open FB after that it was gone. and it was genuine. now even when i search on google with my name i cant find my FB a/c.

Dears dedicate only 1 to 2 hours for net surfing,dont log in again and again daily for this and that need ,you must have a dedicated time for searching things. As far as facebook and twitter is concerned these are charming tools to deviate you from your studies. Believe me I have seen many girls and boys they dont have these accounts. I was using my fb account for 15 to 16 hours daily,but now i don't even log into that account because I don't have time and my priorities are changed now. Make an effective study plan,set your daily,weekly and monthly targets and follow your plan strictly try to invest your time in your future dont waste your time. Time is Money
