I completed my regular(Morning) studies with full time government Job. Which means I managed to make my attendance sure in the both office and class. I did not attend the classes in college, but prepare my subject through tuition in the evening. Now someone tells me I should have had N.O.C from my department which, for sure, I could not obtain. I am told that how is it possible I was present the both in office and college simultaneously. It is said that I may be asked this question in my interview after passing the written part of CSS to which I have no answer. Kindly let me know the solution and release my tension.
