Default Money is more powerful than parents love

I was meditating on the sincerity of shahzeb(late) parents. since I heard the news that his parents has forgiven the muderer of their son just because of monetry benefit, this news realy made me stunned nd disappointed.Shahzeb murder was a National Tragic incident. After a deep consideration of several hours I concluded these following points
1)Shahzeb’s parents has not only betrayed his own son but also with the whole Nation,Civil Society,Media society ,Judiciary who stood up with them when they were demanding justice.
2)they have encouraged those brutal feudalists who kills poor people as their recreational prey.
3)Alas! Today they have exposed that “MONEY “ is the most powerful thing even that it can buy the pure love and divine sincerity of Parents.
Mr +Mrs Orangzeb your this action realy made us ashamed and speechless before the whole World.
I wish u and your family a happy luxurious life in Australia (whose cost was the life of your son and injustice which u did with whole Nation).u people played with the emotions of Pakistani Nation

i disagree with your view that shahzad's parents betray their son by accepting money from killers family.firstly,it is their legal and moral right to condone their son's killer.secondly, from Islamic point of view it is better to accept diyat than to take avenge of their son .thirdly, due to moratorium on execution by the present government there is a high probability that killer may not be executed.all these points corroborate shahzad's parents judicious decision.

dear, i am totally agree with you. i was also stunned when i heard about this breaking news. i can remember the time when he was alone, asking people and media to support him, and to punish those brutal federalists who kill people for entertainment. i used to follow this case through media and news and was praying for their help. i am really disappointed due to their this decision. they opted for monetary benefits, ignoring the impact of this brutal murder on the civil society and also about those people who supported them in their aim to bring the shahrukh jatoi to justice.

i request the high judiciary to decide this case on its merit due to its dangerous nature.

let me allow to contradict you on this issue. how you said that shahzab,s parents did not betray us. can you tell me why they made deal with those rich people in abudabhi why not in Pakistan? why they kept the whole story behind the scene from the media, people of Pakistan and the judiciary?

secondly, the entire nation was involved in this matter and was hoping for justice. they disappointed the whole nation. they did not have the right to give pardon to a person who killed their son brutally and without justification, at the cost of 35 crore rupees.

thirdly, why are they going out of the country to settle in Australia by starting some business there?

last night, when i was watching shah zab khanzada show, i was really stunned when shahzab,s mother told that they were not expecting that they would get justice and the culprits would get death sentence, therefore, they pardoned them.

now tell me, it is good or bad.

Disagree. There are indications that the family has been forced to take this step, especially from what Mrs. Aurangzeb said that her son has gone, but she cant bring others at stake. The murderers were way stronger than the victim's family. This shows the weakness of the morality in the society where even justice fails. Moreover, who knows they really have forgiven them for the sake of Allah's happiness. Only Allah is the All-Knowing but it must have been a difficult decision.

Undoubtedly, there must be some hidden story behind this forgiveness and that too abruptly though the case was protracted, the statements for compromise on the name of Allah should not be questioned. It is also a dire fact that Jatoi family is one of the powerful and resourceful families in Sindh so nothing can be ruled out.

ISLAMABAD: The Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJ), Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, on Friday observed that pardoning killers in the name of Allah in murder cases had become a continuous custom that ran contrary to the teachings of the Holy Quran.

Justice Chaudhry’s remarks came days after the family of Shahzeb Khan, who was murdered in cold blood by a business tycoon’s son and his three accomplices, approached the Sindh High Court (SHC) seeking acquittal of convicts after pardoning them “in the name of Allah”.

“As to why the court shouldn’t issue a notice on the matter of going for reconciliation by shutting eyes. This should not be made a routine matter at the Supreme Court (SC) level. Pardoning in the name of Almighty Allah in a murder is Fasad Fil Arz and judges are also responsible for it. It is the job of the court to prevent this,” remarked Justice Chaudhry while heading a three-member bench that took notice of pardoning in the name of Allah in murder cases.

“We took suo moto notice of a murder case in Faisalabad. The rival party kidnapped the child. The family reconciled to the matter under compulsion. Wrong deeds are being committed in the name of Islam and Quranic injunctions are being interpreted wrongly. Allah’s chastisement can come down upon it,” said the chief justice.

Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja remarked: “The sentence cannot be revoked on the reconciliation struck in defiance of Quranic teachings. The mode and scope of reconciliation should be determined. Pardoning in the name of Almighty be not made a custom.”

The court said in its decision that transfer of land from joint account or to non-adult children was not enough to go for reconciliation. “Children can deviate from these matters after they become adult.” The court stressed correct implementation of Quranic teachings and injunctions in this connection.

Senior lawyer Shahid Hamid also appeared in the court and presented a joint reply. He said adopting the Islamic teachings was mandatory. The court asked Shahid Hamid to give formulation and stated ‘we are issuing notices to prosecutor generals of all the four provinces. We will hear them as well. The references to the decisions given by the court so far be also given. We will fix this case for hearing on September, 23 for formulation only and its detailed hearing will be done on some other day.” The court issued notices to the Federation and the four provinces for legal and constitutional interpretation and sought a reply.

God knows better what is truth or what made them to accept this decision ,being a mother I cant believe that what they did It just because of money we all aware of the law and order situation of our country ,I saw a picture in which that boy after the final decision out side the court making a sign of victory why ? did he know he will not be punished ?
I know they are being threatened for their daughters ,for parents their children are always their world , we all can easily comment here but we don't know how hard this decision could be for them I know mother has left all on Allah and on HIS will and we all know HE is the best judge ,
regards,
