as you all are dedicated and determined people here on this forum,,but i feel im lacking these qualities in me..and the reason is one and only..internet addiction..i feel as this has become oxygen sort of thing for me.i am unable to resist this despite my all determination,passion etc etc so please tell me the ways of getting rid of this net.so i can utilize my this high time properly.

For increasing one's will power, physical exercise is the most powerful instrument. You need to join a gym or exercise by your own you'll find that very helpful and within a week or two you'll be able to find yourself in a better position, Inshallah.
