When you are a student, it is obvious for you to being stressed out due to various aspects related to study.

Pray 5 times and seek a spiritual life it will lead you to right path, places trust in Allah and relieves all stress and depression. Remember, Allah lives in broken hearts like you and me

Yaad rakho Allah k zikar mn he dilon ka sukoon hy. Read Quran, it will you shake away your worries.

And yes, sleep early and wake up early instead of going against the nature that will otherwise strike you back. You are not increasing the day length if you sleep late but merely deteriorating your next day too. Plus never forget, the optimum sleep for a young adult is 7-8 hrs prescribed to be at the right time.

Be happy and keep smiling. And love your pains.
