Only selective students from public universities eligible for the laptop scheme,
i.e, all MS and phD students, and 50% of the bachelors students with a certain criteria.

Sir! If a person in Master Degree having 61% marks from PU, will touch the criteria or not?

Well you do not apply for the laptop scheme, rather the university/institution you are enrolled, given that it falls under eligibility list, would provide your data to HEC for laptop distribution.

You don't have to apply, but your data (name,GPA, etc.) is given to HEC by the university/institution where you are studying.
