you are right it should be blacklisted, we were happy to see nts that now merit will be there but it has proved even worst than public commissions.

Some times it happens but not all the time. Hence, learn from your mistakes also, you should have contacted them earlier to get your problem resolved. However, don't cry on split milk now. Stay Blessed..

Dear sab log Ghor se Parhen NTS mein Merit to hai lekin ab is idare mein kuch log aise agae hain to khudgharz aur laparwah hain main 8 june ko nts mein opf mein test dya tha us waqt mera form reject nahin huwa aur opf k ad re ad huwa is mrtba nts walon ne mera form less qualification lagake k reject kar diya halake ap sab dekh len ad aur main BSc kiya us k bad MA sociolgy kiya hai aur BEd bhi kiya huwa hai aur uske ilawa physical education mein bechlor kiya huwa hai kal se lekar 5 martba nts cal center aur 6 email kye hain bol rahen k aj sham tak apka form bahal ho jaege aj 17 hai 20 ko test ap sab mujhe batain main kya karon aur maine kal 2 bje BSc aur physical ki degree fax b ki hai aur jo bhi zaroorat hai main un logon ko fax ya mail karne k lye tayar hoon lekin wo log response nahin de rahen hain
plz suggest me what i should to do?

But NTS won't do any thing... They are mere Money Minting Organisation!!!

Free legal advice:

File a complaint with the Police to register FIR and they will take care of the criminal side of the case.

For compensation you have a winnable case. You simply have to file a suit stating the expected damage incurred.(Which will the expected salary which you could had received doing job at SNGPL). Calculate the whole salary till the retirement age. In addition to lawyers fee you only have to pay court fee of Rs.15000/- for claim more than 2 lac rs (lawyers fee, court fee and all litigation expenses including attached costs are refundable if court decides in your favour). You simply have to produce enough evidence that you application was received by the courier company within time.

If the NTS even somehow manage to evade the case then the courier company will pay you the damages. WIN-WIN scenario.

remember before filing the suit, send a legal notice with reasonable time period.

Nts has no merit. I had appreard in the competitive exams of judiciary which was held on 15,16,17 april 2014. In the add it was cleqrly mentioned that the result shall announced on 30 of the said month i.e april. Bt nw july is abt to end. Where is the f.c.i.g nts result?
