Assalam o Alaikum.

strong request to all.
please inform me if a police constable martyred in road accident during duty.
and his service time period was 8 year and 21 days.
then please tell me if any legal process to avail pension for his family (wife and children)???????

As per my knowledge family of martyred may contact at his last place of posting where he was posted lastly. The dues of that shaheed Police personnel would be paid by the concerned DDO/Accountant after official formalities. It is so necessary that above said Police personnel must be declared as shaheed by the dept concerned. After that the shaheed family will get the pension. Inshallah Stay Blessed.
