Hi fellas ,
Whats the starting and the maximum salary a software engineer from a well reputed university can expect in Pakistan and abroad?

Its depends on technology and experience, normally in Pakistan it can be ...

Fresh Graduate/Associate Engineer = Rs 20,000 to Rs 50,000
Engineer / Sr Engineer = Rs 50,000 to 100,000
Team Leader / Manager = Rs 100,000 to Rs 200,000
Director / Vice Presidents = Rs 200,000 to 400,000

For FAST LUMS etc it's normally 40-50 but some new software houses are giving 60-65 as well.
