Why do universities pass Candidates in Third division.
The University Declares those candidates as a passed candidate who are passed in the third division in B.A/ B.Sc. But in fact they are worse than a failed candidate. Because a failed candidate will try again and again and finally he will pass the examination in the second division or first division. On the other hand a third division passed candidate considers himself as a passed candidate( due to immaturity of age at that time) but actually his degree is nothing. He can neither apply for admission to higher classes nor he can apply for a job. Moreover there is another rule that no one can do double graduation from the same university or another university. In my opinion only those candidates should be declared passed who are passed in the second divsion. Below second division a candidate should be declared as a failed candidate. I am unable to understand that what is the reason because of which universities pass candidates in third division. I have written all this to the V.C of repective universities but in vain. Perhaps they are sitting there not to make good policies for the students but to draw handsome salary packages every month.

Personally I think that university environment is not good enough for students to learn something at level best. They do not know why they are in university and what is the purpose of university.
