Angry Balochistan: An orphanage

Once upon a time, there was a happy family living together. The family comprised parents and their children who were all infants. They owned a beautiful and expensive car which was a source of income for the family. Their relatives envied them since they had neither the car nor the ability to drive that. This led to a very envious and and cold relationship with the relatives.
One day, the father died a natural death leaving behind a widow and infant orphans.
Their beautiful and expensive car was withheld by the government on the grounds that they would take care of the car until the children grow up. All of a sudden, the relatives especially the uncles to claim the ownership of the car. When they got a reply in the naught then they changed their stance and opined that the car should be handed over to them for safety. And they also promised that the children would be given the car once they grow up.
To this, the government replied that they would wait for the time when the children grow and only then the car would be handed over.
Time passed and the orphans grew up. But they were never thought the skill of driving the neither by the government nor by the so-called uncles.
The plea was passed on to the government by the uncles that since the orphans have grown up so they should be handed over the car. But the government who never had any intention of handing over the car, came up with a reply that these orphans don't know how to drive a car so they might suffer an accident. therefore, on security grounds, the orphans won't be handed over the car until they learn the skill of driving.
the uncles also had conflict of interest when it came to teaching children how to drive a car. Therefore, their benefit was also in orphans' not knowing the required skill.
So, it became crystal clear that neither the government nor the uncles were in favor of the orphans learning the skill of driving. and the tussle went on and on.
Then there came the plan B. the plan was to instigate the orphans to take up the arms against the government regarding the ownership of the car. And eventually, the orphans did take up the arms and started their struggle. The government decided to tackle the struggle and in this regard, contacted the uncles.
The irony was that their were so many people who claimed to be the uncles that government themselves found it difficult to interact with them. The so-called uncles came is different disguise on the basis of ethnicity and religion.
After the talks, it was decided that the orphans would be given ‘beg’ on the name of incentives so that the sense of deprivation of the orphans can be eradicated. This was supposed to address the concerns regarding the food, security and driving skills of the children.
But when this ‘beg’ was sent for the orphans via their uncles, nothing reached the poverty-stricken and unskilled orphans. And the driving institutes were destroyed with the mutual consensus of the government as well as the uncles. These institutes were destroyed via different agents both by the government as well as the uncles. Even the people who were recruited in the so-called institutes were those who either didn't know driving themselves or didn't have any intention of teaching the driving skills. Even the very rare ones who know the skill and wanted to teach the driving skills were deprived of the appropriate teaching circumstances.
The orphans are still poverty-stricken and the car is still owned by the government with uncles reaping benefits on behalf of the orphans and on the name of incentives. And rubbing salt into the wounds, the orphans have been made to fight against the government by the international foes @ merely few pieces of bread as their sustenance.
Everybody is quite content with what they have except the orphans who time and again look at different uncles on the name of either religion or ethnicity. The government, the uncles, and the international foes are quite happy with whatever they have. And whenever the uncles want some more incentives, they use instigating the orphans as the threat.
The orphans are often made to fight against each other by their uncles in order to give the message to the government that they are the real uncles of these orphans.
And this is how the story goes on.

In order to understand the story, here are the details of what these characters personify.

Government = The Federal Government
Uncles = The so-called representatives of the poor masses
Orphans= The poverty-stricken illiterate masses
Car = The Natural resources of Balochistan
Driving-skill = Education and skills to make use of the Natural Resources
Driving-schools = Educational Institutions
