I am saddened by the news of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family. Indeed Justice (retd) Rana Bhagwandas had reputation of being honest and upright person.

One of the most respected and inspiring personalities that I have ever liked is he. Shocked and saddened by the sudden blow of his death.hurt
