anybody may tell me that the scale of sps-4 and salary package in paec.

SPS (Special Pay Scale) is a different pay scale system than Basic pay scale. SPS-4 scale is 4 on special pay scale and its bisic salary is 11080 + allowances

what is equal scale sps-4?
like bps 9,12,14 etc.

Starting salary will be around 30-32 thousands

Sps-4 is staff cadre

Sps 4=bps 9 or bps 11
Sps 5=bps 12
Sps 6=bps 14

Sps 7=bps 16 (From sps 7 Executive category Starts means officer)
Sps 8=bps 17

Sps 4 Total Salary 31480 and u will get after deduction of allowances 27 to 28000. First promotion for Technical Category is after 5 Years, 2nd after 7 Years, and third after 9 years.

bhai are there other facilities available for this kind of post?
like mess,hostel,etc,

and extra qualification will affect salary pakg. and promotion

You have to pay for the messing and lodging. Extra qualification doesn't give you any edge in promotion unless perused through propper channel

asslamoalikum bhai g kindly reply me as soon as possible.

i have received my security form in january 2015 after filling i have submit it to concern office.
secrities agencies contact me in april one of them said me that it is ur last investigation and u are clear.
i just want to know that there may be chances of joining or not.
