Lost Moments

Have the seasons lost their meaning
Have the blue skies turned to grey
- is life a senseless gamble
Or, have I lost the way?

Have the hours become leaden
Is the sun crucifying the sky
Are the merciful clouds a suspended
Infectious spectacle of my eyes?

Have the flowers lost their bloom
Lying withered on their stalks
Is time measured only by moments
Or, are these moments lost to me?
