shelters of glass
towers of sand
hoping against hope
in the midst of sand
loneliness is not a fate
tis a choice
delusions can be
but deceit nor lies
it can never be
the pains thereof
the wounds of heart
make the world dizzy
and go out on a spin
yet when we use
senses head and mind
tis but a moment
that will pass
will always pass
treacheurous be thought
that makes one feel
permanent is joy
or its brother woe
none but change
is there to stay
and the passions
that run
the wounds that burn
might not be
but an imagination to thee
of the hurts thou see
in thy mind maybe
the feeling of lost
in space and time
maybe
just a figment
of imagination maybe
