I WILL NOT SURRENDER…..

What is it that makes me continue with my journey in life?
Is it the curiosity?
Is it the awareness factor?
Is it the desire to live?
What makes some of us think we can do anything,
and some of us think we are failures
Is it a matter of how we grew up?
Is it a path that has been chosen?
Or do we decide what is and what is not?
Do we have the power to take charge?
Is it most of us who ask these questions, or only me?
Am I alone in this universe, or do I have a family with the same thoughts?
Sometimes I think that attitude is the key to all doors.
Yes, my attitude is..most definitely my biggest reward.
I will keep my positive attitude, no matter what is selected for me to consume.
I will stay focused and alert.
I will not surrender!

I also like questions in poetry. I wrote this one nearly two years ago, a pointless and futile one. Anyhow, wanted to share it:-

“AM I ME?”

Am I me? All in all at my will?

On my hold I live and die I will?

Do I myself direct the turnings of my days?

Or the possibility changes all the ways?

Can I be the owner of my being and death?

Can I get them by my logic, by my wealth?

Is my life purposeless and just a game?

Are religions meaningless, excuses lame?

In my hands the moving spheres can I take?

What's my limit to which I can make?

Is this my only life or are there any more?

Am I in truth made up of the basic four?

What are angels? What are books? Who’s God?

Who firmed the earth and made the heavens broad?

Who filled the oceans with water, lands with soil?

Is he all alone in powers or is there any foil?

What is luck? What is fate? Are they really true?

Is there any judgment day which I’ve to pass through?

Thanks for your precious comments. But question depicts mystery, and so do life and death. Its one's belief that turns his end into a question or an answer. By now, my end seems to be a question, an unsolved mystery.
