An Appeal To You!

Very beautiful, is the Universe,
Sun, moon, mountains and trees,
This world is like Rumi’s verse.
Come, O Human! Feel love’s breeze

Enough! Reddened is all the Land,
Tears, blood, tortures and slaughter,
Drop weapons! Give hand into hand.
Come, O Human! Live here without Fear.

How sweet remembrance of Love is!
Dance of peacock, whirling of Dervishes,
Songs of birds and sweet Mother’s Kiss.
Come, O Human! Whiff these all Ashes.

Do you not like, smile of Love?
Love, Love, Love! Is above the all.
You have caged the bird _Dove.
Come, O Human! Free it, let it not fall.

Let your slogan be only ‘Humanity’,
As Sufi Shah Inayat of Jhok has done,
Dear, Love is itself all Eternity.
Come, O Human! Here Sarmad & Abe-Chand is One.

Come! Come! Come! Live collectively,
Why differences? Muslim, Jew and Christian.
Shah, Sachal, Sami all told Perfectly,
Come, O Human! Follow the Reason.

excellent work dear member zuhaib,
But you know why Muhammad Iqbal is the best poet ever because he always uphold the Islam or its teachings in his poetry..... whereas, your last stanza conflicts with Islamic narrations..... I know Islam means peace but Islam has told us how can we find it..... & Islam (The Religion before Allah is Islam, Al-Imran) has told us that yahood-o-nasara cannot be you friend... jbky bohut sari aur jaghon pr Islam ne btaya k karoobar me in sy b len den kro magar dhokha na kro, aur agar kafir sullah kr lain aur larai na chahty hon tu sulla kr lo..... aur bohut sary haqooq Islam ne diye hain hr kisi ko.... but muj jesy kam-ilm ki baton ko aik pehlu sy met dekhna bhai, in-short, we must obey the order of Allah almighty in each & every aspect of our life even in CSS forum or fb or in poetry or essay.... kahi koi aisi baat na ho jaey k hamara falsafa (concocted or our view), Allah k ahkamat (true, final & eternal) ko raad krny wala ban jaey aur humain khabar hi na ho aur pata b na chaly (dil aur damagh pr stamps lagti jaein aur hum isi kush fehmi me rahain k hum bohut kamyab hain)... & hamari gari aisy hi chalni chahiye amar-bil-maaroof aur nahi-anil-munkir krty krty,,, aap mujy Allah ki baat btao aur me aap ko,,, aur aik din Allah humain iman wali mout de day (ameen)....
