Key To My Heart
I had closed the door upon my heart
And wouldn't let anyone in, I had trusted and loved only to be hurt But, that would never happen again I had locked the door and tossed the key As hard, and as far as I could, Love would never enter there again, My heart was closed for good Then you came into my life And made me change my mind, Just when I thought that tiny key was impossible to find That's when you held out your hand And proved to me I was wrong, Inside your palm was the key to my heart ... You had it all along |

God`s Bouquet
With love and grace, God filled a vase
With flowers of every hue, Around it, He set Some baby’s breath, Cut from His garden too. Once content, to earth He sent His bouquet for all to view. So that we might recall, The beauty of it all, He named it after you

Dreaming
I used to dream of eyes so blue
And loving arms to hold me. I used to dream of heroic knights And how gracious they would be. I used to dream of how I wouldn’t settle For anything less than best. I used to dream of how he would majestically Lay all fears to rest. I used to dream of fairy tales, How wondrous would they be I used to dream of story books All patterned after me. I used to dream of a lot of things, But the moment I met you, I immediately stopped dreaming, Because all of my dreams came true.

IF I had thought thou couldst have died,
I might not weep for thee; But I forgot, when by thy side, That thou couldst mortal be: It never through my mind had past The time would e'er be o'er, And I on thee should look my last, And thou shouldst smile no more! And still upon that face I look, And think 'twill smile again; And still the thought I will not brook, That I must look in vain. But when I speak—thou dost not say What thou ne'er left'st unsaid; And now I feel, as well I may, Sweet Mary, thou art dead! If thou wouldst stay, e'en as thou art, All cold and all serene— I still might press thy silent heart, And where thy smiles have been. While e'en thy chill, bleak corse I have, Thou seemest still mine own; But there—I lay thee in thy grave, And I am now alone! I do not think, where'er thou art, Thou hast forgotten me; And I, perhaps, may soothe this heart In thinking too of thee: Yet there was round thee such a dawn Of light ne'er seen before, As fancy never could have drawn, And never can restore! |

All the love that history knows,
is said to be in every rose. Yet all that could be found in two, is less than what I feel for you.

Your spirit is mingled with mine
as wine is mixed with water; whatever touches you touches me. In all the stations of the soul you are I.

*.'*.'*.'Confused*.'*.'*.'
My knees start to shake,
When you're in sight. My mind is filled with wonder, My heart with fright. When will this feeling stop? When did it start? How can I listen to my mind, Without breaking my heart? I'm so confused. What should I do? I can't think of anything, Except you. Should I ignor you, Or just give it time? I can't think straight, My heart controls my mind.
