Talaash uss ki hai jis ko kabhi dekha bhi nahi
Khayal uss ka hai dil main jisay socha bhi nahi

Khuda say apnay liyae iltija main kya karta
Talab hai uss ki keh jis ko kabhi maanga bhi nahi

Sakoot-e-dil main ye ehsaas-e-zindagi kya hai
Qareeb paata hoon uss ko jisay chaha bhi nahi

Qasaas mujh se woh kis kay lahoo ka maangtay hain
Woh khoon hai mere haatoo pay jo baha bhi nahi

ilaaj mujh se bhi mumkin nahi mohabbat ka
Woh zakhm hai mere seenay pay jo saha bhi nahi
