Hosla ho iss qadar jo azm ko hasil kare
Ladkhada jate hain aksar log kuchh doori ke baad

Jo bhi ghor-o-fikr ho, ho qabal safar-e-daraz
Hona hayel waswasa ghar se nikal jane ke baad

Khwab ho to Khwab ki tabeer ki tadbeer ho..
Roz ho jaddo-jahad shab ke mansoobe ke baad..

Ho jahan ki hasratein shamil teri hasrat mein youn..
Phir na ho koi juda tere qareeb aane ke baad....

Kyon rahe manzil wahi jo thi aghaz-e-safar...
Ho nigahein zabar pe zeyr mil jane ke baad...

Zindagi hai aarzoo hai khwab tu bhi chand dekh...
Kaun kya dekhe hai phir aankh lag jane ke baad...
