Baton hi baton mein , kat gayee Zindigi meri,
Kitne rishton mein , bat gayee Zindigi meri.

Na apna Hosh tha na zamane ki khabar,
Ishq ke bazaar mein lut gayee zindigi meri.

Kuch waqt ka takaza tha, kuch halat ki majboori,
Har roz badal gayee, shaksiyat meri.

Tujhe apna kahoon to kis haq se
Teri sansoon ne cheen li Zindigi meri..
