Arrow jo khona tha so kho diya
Guzrey pahar ke lamhon main jo hona tha so ho gaya
Kuch humne paya to nahi jo khona tha so kho diya

Ab kis ka yeh qusoor hua aap hi kijiye faisla
Hum bebas kuch yun huwey ke ikhtiar-e-faisla kho diya

Us chand pe fakhar barson raha,us chand se rafaqat thi use
Ab dastan kuch yun hui k chandani ne chand ko kho diya

Kiya khub nam hum ne hai paya,kuch beasar taseer hai
Yeh nam to rahey ga sada,bas ‘tabassum’ ko labon ne kho dia
