woh ke apne sitam se kinara nahi kertey
hum bhi ehl-e-junoo jhukna gawara nahi kertey

mere qatil mere ehl-e-karam thehre they kabhi
ub tu nuzrein milaney ka bhi yara nahi kertey

chalo burhaye chalo zulm ki mee'ad muger yaad rahe
hum jaan luta detey hein,pukara nahi kertey

khud he ker letey hein her ik durd ka durmaa'n
tum jeise maseehaon ka sahara nahi kertey

us ki surkhi mein jhalakta hai lahoo yaroo'n ka
woh kabbhi dobtey soraj ka nazara nahi kertey

guzerti shub ke udas lumhoon mein chandni boli
aisi ratoon ko akeile guzara nahi kertey...........
