choti si khalish hai khtam ho jaati

bata deta ke mujh ko ajj bhi uss ki zarorat hai

jo ek laaa-hasil hai bass uss ki mohabbat hai

bata daita ke logo kis qadar katay fasanay hain

woh qissay puranay hain

main keh daita

zara si baat pe yoon rothna acha nahi hota

mohabbat karnay walon main

ghalat fehmi to ho sakti hai

par jhagra nahi hota

har aik baat keh daita

khalish bhi dour ho jati

main uss ka hath pakray yoonhi

uss kaa ham qadam rehta

woh aagay haath toh karta

woh mujh se baat toh karta
