غدیر
( سید اقبال رضوی شارب)

وہ فِی الْبَدِیہ سا منبر غدیر یاد کرو
علی ہوئے تھے مقرّر غدیر یاد کرو

یہ کام گر نہ کیا تو حبیب کچھ نہ کیا *
خدا کے ایسے تھے تیور غدیر یاد کرو

غدیر میل کا پتّھر ہے راہِ خالق میں
سفر ضروری ہے جس پر غدیر یاد کرو

تھی خوب حمدِ خدا اور زبان احمد پر
ثنائے فاتحِ خیبر غدیر یاد کرو

کہاں کہاں تھے علیؑ دین کو بچانے میں
سنا رہے تھے پیمبر غدیر یاد کرو

خدا رحیم ہے اس پر علیؑ کا دوست ہے جو
عذاب اس کے عدو پر غدیر یاد کرو

علیؑ سے بغض جو رکّھے گا کچھ نہ پائے گا
وہ ہوگا دین سے بے گھر غدیر یاد کرو

یوں بو تراب ہیں شیرِ خدا ہیں نفسِ رسول
ہیں اب سے وارثِ منبر غدیر یاد کرو

ملے گا اجر تجھے بے حساب اے شاربؔ
ردیف لایا ہے چن کر غدیر یاد کرو

Assalmalikum,
My dear brother,
I am always writing urdu poetry with a sense of duty to produce meaningful literature and to bring forth events of importance to the masses through couplets. This is to fulfil my thirst of creativity and to educate people and keep in circulation some important things that matters.

The aim is to please Allah subhanahu taala.

Most of the time, this site is the place where I send my first dispatch after writing a kalam . I do not expect "waah waah" for which normally poets die for, YET I will confess that such acknowledgements do give energy to continue writing for which I am thankful to you.
