mohabatoon ki talash mein nafratoon ka jahan mila
mujhe yaar e zindagi mera mil ke bhi na mila

kisi roz rookey yeh qarwaan toh ana mere dar peh tum
ik dastaan sunani hai keh mujhe kaun kaisey kahan mila

kaye log mil kar bichar gaye kaye log juda honay ko hein
mere khuda har maur par mujhe kyun aisa imtehan mila

phooloon ki saij sajaye huey jo baithi thee teri rah mein woh
aa dekh usey dard ka ik be panah samaan mila

duniya ki arzoo nahi mera deen mera raha nahi
gunaah gaar yoon huey hein hum na zameen mili na asmaan mila

haal e dil parhney walo yeh khail nahi yeh mazaq nahi
mujhe qadam qadam par dukh diye tum ko mila bhi toh kya mila?

tujhe dhoondhtey tehey tujhe mangtey tehey
har dua jo ki tere liye har dua mein mujh ko khuda mila
