A Ghazal said decades before but still aplicable... huhh ! !! ! take a look!




Ik brahman ne kaha hai k yeh saal acha hai
ik brahman ne kaha hai k yeh saal acha hai

zulm ki raat bohat jaldi dhalay gi ab to
Aag colhun main har ik roz jalay gi ab to

bhok k maray koi bacha nahin roye ga
chain ki neend har ik shaks yahan soye ga

andhi nafrat ki chaly gi na kahe ab k baras
pyar ki fasal ugaye gi zameen ab k baras

hai yakeen ab na koi shor shraba ho ga
zulm hoga na kahe khun kharaba ho ga

aus ar dhoop k sadmay na sahy ga koi
ab mere dais main be-ghar na rahay ga koi

nai wadoon ka jo dalla hai wo jaal acha hai
rehnamon ne kaha hai k yeh saal acha hai

dil k khush rakhnay ko Ghalib yeh khayal acha hai
dil k khush rakhnay ko Ghalib yeh khayal acha hai
