Jahan phoolon ko khilna tha wahin khiltay to acha tha
tumhi ko hum ney chaha tha tumhi miltay to acha tha

koi aa kar hamain poochay tumhain kaisay bhulaya hai
tumharay khat ko askhon sey shab e ghum mein jalaya hai

hazaaron zakham aisay hain agar siltay to acha tha
tumhi ko hum ney chaha tha tumhi miltay thay to acha tha

tumhain jitna bhulaya hai tumhari yaad aayi hai
bahar e no jo aayi hai wohi khushboo hi laayi hai

tumharay lab meri khatir agar hiltay to acha tha
tumhi ko hum ney chaha tha tumhi miltay thay acha tha

mila hai lutf bhi hum ko haseen yaadon ki jhilmil mein
kati hai zindagi tum bin magar itni sii hai dil mein

agar aatey to acha tha agar miltay to acha tha
tumhi ko hum ney chaha tha tumhi miltay to acha tha
