Sabz mosam main mujhey zard hawa di us ne,

Pehle ik lamhey ki zanjeer se bandha mujh ko,
Or phir waqt ki raftar barha di us ne,

Meri nakaam mohabbat mujhey wapas kar di,
Yon mere hath meri lash thama di us ne,

Janta tha ke mujhey mout sakon bakhshey gi,
Woh sitamgar tha so jeeney ki DUA di us ne,

Us ke honey se thien sansaien meri dugni
Woh jo bichra to meri umr ghata di us ne
