naalaa karataa thaa jigar yaad aayaa


zindagii yuu.N bhii guzar hii jaatii
kyo.n teraa raah_guzar yaad aayaa


kyaa hii rizavaan se la.Daaii hogii
ghar teraa Khuld me.n gar yaad aayaa


aah wo jurrat-e-fariyaad kahaa.N
dil se ta.ng aake jigar yaad aayaa

koii viiraanii-sii-viiraa.Nii hai
dasht ko dekh ke ghar yaad aayaa
