Abb kay sal kuch aisa kerna
Apnay guzray 12 mah kay
Dukh such ka andaza kerna
Basry yadain taza kerna
Sada sa ik kaghaz lay ker
Bholay basray pal likh laina
Apnay saray kal likh laina
Phir iss bitay ik ik pal ka
Apnay guzray ik ik kal ka
Ik ik mor ahata kerna
Saray dost akhtay kerna
Sary subhain hazir kerna
Sari shamain pass bulana
Aur ilawa inn kay daikho
Saray mosam daihan main rakhna
Ik ik yaad guman main rakhna
Phir muhtat qiyaas lagana
Ger to khoshiyan barh jaty hain
To phir tum ko mery taraf say
“Anay Wala Sal Mubarak”
Aur ager gum barh jain to
Mat baikar takaluf kerna
Daikho phir tum aisa kerna
Meri khoshiyan tum lay laina
Mujh ko apnay gum day daina
Abb kay sal kuch aisa kerna
