Kia many diye jatay hayn is Zayray-Lab Tabassum ko..
Samajh paye na abtak log, is khamosh Qulzam ko....

Bara dhoka diya ham ko Hamary khush khiyali nay...
Na janay kia samajh baythay Nigahon kay Tasadum ko..

Muhabbat main khatayen ik janab say NaHee hoteen..
Na Tum iLzam do Ham ko,na Ham iLzam dayn Tum ko...

Kuch Aansoo pHoot Niklay khud-bakhud kal RAt Aankhon say..
jahan tak ho Saka,ham Rokay rahay is taLatum ko..

Zuban khamoosh,Mathay peh Shikan,Aankhon main Fasaanay..
Koyee SamJhaYe! kia kehtay hayn, is tarzay-Takallum ko...

Tumhain NARAZ Honay ka SALEEQA bhi nahe Aata..
"Shikan" Maathay peh Dalo,aur ROOKO is "tabassum" ko...

Zamana ho gaya iqbal ham ik saath Rehhtay hayn..
ta'ajjub hay Samajh paye na tum ham ko,na Ham Tum ko...
