Apni zindagi mein shumar karta tha,
Mujhe itna wo pyar karta tha,
Wo banata tha meri tasveerein,
Us se baatein hazaar karta tha,
Mere dukh bhi khaloos-e-niyat se,
Apne dukh mein shumaar karta tha,
Such samjhta tha jhoot bhi mera,
Yun mera wo aetibaar karta tha,
Phailaye rakhta tha phool raaste mein,
Phir mera wo intizaar karta tha,
Aaj door hai mujhse to kiya hua,
Jaan to mujh pe nisaar karta tha ...
