Falak kay tabinda chand taaray,
Ye wadion kay Gulab saray,
Agar kaho to bana dun saray,
Tumharay qadmon ki dhool jana,
Agar tumhain ho qabool jana,
Tumhari ankhon ko jaam likhain,
Tumhain nazar say salam likhain,
Aur apnay dil kay haseen warq per,
Faqat tumhara hi naam likhain,
Jahan ki har ek naghmagi ko,
Tumhara Tarz-e-Kalam likhain,
Agar ijazat ho ham bhi kar lain,
ye pyaar ki ik bhool jana,
Agar tumhain ho qabool jana.
