Hamaray haal par roya december,
woh daikho toot kar barsa december,

guzar jata hai saara saal yoon to,
nahi kat'ta magar tanha december,

bhala barish say kya serab hoga ALI,
tumaray wasal ka pyasa december,

woh kab bichra nahi ab yaad lekin,
bus itna ilam hai k tha december,

yoon palkain bheegti rehti hain aise,
meri ankhoo main jaisay aa thehra december,

jama poonji yehi hai umar bhar ki,
meri tanhai aur mera december

December ki wo akhri shaam

Jb doobtay hoay suraj ko dekh k

Tum ny kaha tha

Lgta hy jesay k

Aj hmari rah-e-muhabat ki

Tamam museebtain,

Tamam kantay,

Tamam Dukh

Is saal k sath hi khatm ho jaen gy

Anay wala saal sukh laey ga

Aur hum apni manzil pa lain gy

Lekin Janaa !

Tumhay yaad hy

Us waqat tumhari ankhain bhar ai theen

Aur tum ny meray kandhay pr

Sar rakh k kaha tha

Kaheen ye akhri raat taweel na ho jaey

Hmari khushyon ka suraj nikalnay mein dair na kr dy

Shaid Janaa!

Yehi sach tha..

Shab-e-gham abhi khatam nhi hoi...

دسمبر کی آخری نظم


جب دسمبر کی ھاری ھوئی

آخری شام کی

زرد ٹھٹھری ھوئی سسکیاں

رات کی بے کراں منجمد گود میں

چھپ کے سو جائیں گی

نیلگوں آسماں سے

نئی خواھشوں کے صحیفے لئے

جنوری کی سحر

مسکراتی ھوئی آئے گی

اور ماضی کی دیمک زدہ لاش پر

برف جم جائے گی

سوچتا ھوں کبھی زندگی

سالہا سال کی گردشوں کا

صلہ پائے گی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

کھلے دریچوں کے پاس بیلوں پہ شام اتری تو اس نے سوچا

کبھی دسمبر کی دھوپ جیسا وہ مہرباں جو کہیں نہیں ھے

ھوا کے ھونٹوں پہ گیت لکھتا تو بالکونی میں پھول کھلتے

جو لوگ آنکھوں کے خواب لے کر سمندروں میں اتر گئے تھے

وہ جانتے تھے کہ ریگ ساحل محبتوں کی امیں نہیں ھے

جو لوگ رستوں میں پھر نہ ملنے کا عہد کر کے بچھڑ گئے تھے

کسے خبر ھے کہ وہ ھواؤں کے گیت بن کر، تھکے پرندوں،

بکھرتے پتوں کے میت بن کر اداس راھوں میں گونجتے ھیں



انہی خیالوں میں گم وہ کمرے سے آئی باہر تو اس نے دیکھا

ھوا کے جھونکے برآمدے میں ستوں بن کر کھڑے تھے لیکن

دکھوں کی بیلا نے ان کے اوپر عجیب لفظوں میں لکھ دئے تھے

گئی رتوں کے سوالنامے جنہیں وہ پڑھ کے بہت ھی روئی۔
