jahaaN ranj-o-alam maujuud na hoN, jahaaN sirf Khushii hii bastii ho

jahaaN aah na ho, jahaaN ashk na hoN, hoNToN se haNsii hii barastii ho

jahaaN nuur-o-tajallii qaid na hoN kuchh mahloN aur aivaanoN meN

jahaaN roz chiraaGh-e-shaam jale iflaas ke zulmat.KhaanoN meN

jahaaN bhuuk se haaraa tifl koii kashkol na thaame haathoN meN

jahaaN paiT kii Khaatir jismoN kaa hotaa na ho saudaa raatoN meN

jahaaN roTii kii Khaatir dar dar maare maare phirnaa na paRe

jahaaN chhoR ke apnoN kii qurbat, GhairoN se kabhii ghirnaa na paRe

jahaaN sirf muhabbat raaij ho, nafrat kaa kahiiN bhii naam na ho

jahaaN sab mil jul kar rahte hoN, jhagRoN se kisii ko kaam na ho

jahaaN amn-o-sukuuN qaaim hoN sadaa, jahaaN raaj na ho haivaanoN kaa

jahaaN zaat-o-qabeele kii Khaatir bahtaa na ho KhuuN insaanoN kaa

gar hai to vahiiN le chal mujh ko, is dunyaa se jee uub gayaa!

ik bahtar kal kii aas kaa dhuNdlaa taaraa bhii ab Duub gayaa!!
