Magar yeh nok-e-sanaa ehteraam kis ka hai?

Hamari lash pe dhoondo na unglion kay nishaan
Humein khabar hay azeezo! Yeh kaam kis ka hai

Fanaa kay haanptey jhonkhey Hawa se poochtey hain
Jabeen-e-waqt pe naqsh-e-dawaanm kis ka hai?

Tumhari baat tu hurf-e-ghalat thi, mitt bhi gayii
Utar gaya jo Dilo\'on main woh kalaam kis ka hai?

Woh mut\'mayeen thy bohut qatal kar kay Mohsin
Magar yeh zikr-e-wafa subah, shaam kis ka hai .....?
