magar ik sath chalna bhi koi kam nahi hota,

Badan se Rooh jati hay to Bichhti hay saf-e-matam,
magar kirdaar mar jaye to Q Maatam nahi hota?

Hazaron zulmaton mein bhi jawa'n rehti hay lo'o iski,
Charagh-e-Ishq jalta hay to phir Madham nahi hota,

Madaava aap ho jata hay apnay dard kaa aksar,
Wo jin zakhmon ka dunya mein koi Marham nahi hota,

Wo ankhain ek luta ghar hain, jahan aansu nai rehtay,
Wo dil pathar hay jis mein kisi ka Gham nahi hota.
