sartaan mera sitara kb tha

lazim tha guzarna zindgi say
bin zehr piye guzara kab tha

kuch pal usay aur daikh sakty
ashkon ko magar gawara kb tha

hum khud bhi judai ka sabab thy
us ka he qasur sara kab tha

ab aur kay sath hay to kia dukh
pehlay bhi koi hamara kab tha

ek naam pe zakham khul uthay thy
qatil ki taraf ishara kab tha

aaye ho to roshni hui hai
is baam pe koi tara kb tha

daikha hua ghar tha pr kisi ny
dulhan ki tarha sanwara kab tha
