sar-e-sehra musafir ko sitara yad rehta hay,
men chalta hun mujhe chehra tumhara yad rehta hay,

tumhara zarf k tum ko Mohabbat bhool jati hay,
mujhe to jis ne hans kar pukara, yad rehta hay,

safr men esa mumkin hay men khud ko chor dun lekin,
Duaaein karnay waalon ka sahaara yaad rehta hay,

Mere Maula ne mujh ko chahaton ki Saltanat day di,
Magar pehli Mohabbat ka Khasaara yaad rehta hay.
