manzil par aane se pehle
ham raahon se chhoot gaye

jin haathon ki ham kismat the
unn haathon se chhoot gaye

judde hue haath tooti taqdeer
aur kya karegi yeh lakeeron ki zanjeer
tera mera saath ab na hogi baat
tu bhi khafa main bhi khafa gam ki kaali raat
sapanen sach hone se pehle ek ek karke toot gaye
lamha lamha toot gaye

khamoshiyaan aandhiyaan ban na jaaye
faasale kahi dooriyan ban na jaaye
darta hoon gam ki ibaadat na kar lu
tanhaaiyon se mohabbat na kar lu
gam ke baraati aakar ke sukh ko mere loot gaye
lamha lamha toot gaye
ek apanese rooth gaye
jin haathon ki ham kismat the
