Ab lautnay ko kia baqi hai
Eik sakhas ko hum ne chaha tha
Eik rait pe naksh banaya tha
Wo rait to kab ki bikhar chuki
Wo naksh kahan ab baqi hai
Ab kia likhain hum khaghaz per
Ab likhnay ko kia baqi hai

Jo sapnay hum ne dekhay thay
Kaghaz per saray likh daalay
Wo saaray kaghaz phir hum ne
Daria kay hawalay kar daalay
Wo saaray khwab baha daalay,
wo saaray naksh mita daalay
Ab zahan ha khali nakshoon ka,
koi khwab kahan ab baqi hai
Ab kia likhain hum khaghaz per
Ab likhnay ko kia baqi hai

Hum jinko apni nazmoon ka
unwaan banaya kartay thay
Lafzoon ka bana kar taj mahal
kaghaz per sajaya kartay thay
Wo hum ko akaila chor gaye
Sub rishtoon se monh moor gaye
Ab rastay saray soonay hain
Wo pyar kahan ab baqi hai
Ab kia likhain hum khaghaz per
Ab likhnay ko kia baqi hai ...!!!!
