Tuk hirs-o-hawa ko chhor main, mat des bades phire mara,
Qazzaq ajal ka loote hai, din raat baja kar naqqara;
Kya bidhiya, bhainsa, bel, shutar, kya goien, palla, sarbhara,
Kya gehun, chawal, moth, matar, kya aag, dhuan, kya angara,
Sab thath para rah jawega jab laad chalega banjara.
Gar tu hai lakhhi banjara, aur khep bhi teri bhari hai,
Ai ghafil; tujh se bhi charhta ik aur bara beopari hai,
Kya shakkar, misri, qand, giri, kya sambhar, meetha, khari hai,
Kya daakh, munaqqa, saunth, mirch, kya kesar, laung, supari hai,
Sab thath para rah jawega jab laad chalega banjara.
Tu bidhiya laade, bel bhare, jo purab pachhim jawega,
Ya sood barha kar lawega, ya tota, ghata, pawega,
Qazzaq ajal ka raste mein jab bhala mar girawega,
Dhan, daulat, naati, pota kya, ik kunba kaam na aawega,
Sab thath para rah jawega jab laad chalega banjara.
