Ab voh roothay hain lo aur tamasha dekho

Do hi din main woh baat hai na woh chah baat na pyaar
Hum nay pehlay hi yeh tum se na kahaa thaa dekho

Hum na kehtay thay banawat hi hai sara ghussa
Hans ke lo phir woh unhon nay hamain dekha dekho

Ghar se har waqt nikal aatay ho kholay huay baal
Shaam dekho na meri jaan saveraa dekho

Khana-e-jaan main namudaar hai ek paikar-e-noor
Hasarato aao rukh-e-yaar kaa jalvaa dekho

Mar mitay ham to kabhi yaad bhi tum ne na kiyaa
Ab muhabbat kaa na kerna kabhi daavaa dekho

Dosto tark-e-muhabbat ii naseehat hai fazool
Aur na maano to dil-e-zaar ko samjhaa dekho

Ab vo shokhi se ye kahtay hain sitamagar jo hain ham
Dil kisii aur se kuchh roz behlaa dekho

Havas-e-deed miti hai na mitay gi "Hasrat"
Dekhane ke liye chaaho unhain jitnaa dekho
