Dear madam i hve been observing on the forum for quite a long time that you are dealing the members with an iron fist. Your tone is quite threatening. I would request you to use polite language even in issuing warnings. This i observed in various places where you banned some members and when other members want to speak something regarding them, you discourage them in a very angry tone. This is quite against the ethics of free speech. Please do welcome any suggestions and hearings from the respected members. I am not sharing this thread with a view to make the forum more friendly and pleasant.

Then you have not observed carefully. My tone is harsh after being lenient for a long time. I have warned Committed Soul many times but he never pays heed. I had to be strict because I am done with him already. I agree I discourage them because they are not allowed to place any request regarding banned members. They do so without knowing any background and reasons. There are clear instructions regarding this form the Admin in Rules and Regulations thread.

thanks for your generous reply. But there should be an opinion of the members about the banned members and that must not be discouraged though you have the right to turn down our requests.

In case of foul language and extreme violations, opinion of the members do not matter.

I think you must not involve yourself directly now. Just give instructions to Moderators and they will do their work.
Why you involve yourself in petty matters?
I also observe your threads based on banning the members etc frequently but seriously just for entertainment. Members always do some violations and most of them are just clearly messing with you for fun...(Chairh Khani) you know...Because they are clearly non-serious while giving lame excuses. Most of them just doing T.C-the favorite hobby of Pakistanis, so that they can have favors in futures.

I don't think you should involve yourself personally in such trivial matters. If other Moderators are active. If they are not active. Phir to majburi he...

Literary people who are extremely sensitive should not be involved in doing such strict things and giving punishments etc. Their aesthetic sense gets attenuated...Instead you must be involved in showing people how to get out of these immoralities etc. You have a good command on Mysticism and also being a descendant of one of the greatest saints...etc etc...It doesn't suits you holding a whip...
