Moderators Deleting Posts/Threads should be more Transparent

Dear Mods/Admins

I have a request to make the process of deleting posts/thread more transparent. Some of my posts have been deleted even though I did not violate any rule. As an example, I have pasted the screenshot of a post that was deleted, another post I made for asking about the deletion was also deleted without any proper process or warning. This is not fair and we should be more democratic and tolerant.

Take a screen shot of this post too, or else it may get deleted. I guess mods are biased towards FPSC, that's why they don't want to hear a single word spoke against it. They don't want any critic to let freely comment on "CSS" or "FPSC". Once I cracked a little joke on FPSC then you know what happened, my post got deleted. Let me take a screen shot of my comment.

Yes, I have done that, now taking screenshots of every post. I suggest everyone else to do the same.

Had I been biased, I wouldn't have suggested members not to go for CSS. The member was asking for a sincere advice and tips. You said "Dont do anything. Just pray". Is this an advice? Sincere advice should have been "Besides working hard, dont forget to pray for your success". You are pouring out your pessimism all around the forum. If you have failed, don't make others believe that they are destined to fail too.

One more thing, instead of calling my country "Hell" time and again, leave this land.

1. The issue raised in this thread has not been addressed.
2. Respectfully, are you a moderator or a Judge? To me that advice seemed normal as it is a game of luck.
3. I am not making others believe that they will fail but the past 3+ years' results show that around 97% will fail.
4. I will leave this land according to my wishes, nobody needs to tell me to leave (I was born here by accident not by choice), I will call it Hell (figuratively) as I wish, it is not a crime but a mere expression of my feelings and experiences as a common man. To fix something, first you have to realise what is wrong with it.
5. You cannot dictate to others what you like to hear or do yourself. This is a democratic country and difference of opinion must be tolerated.
6. Moderators have powers that can be abused. We need a better system to protect members from such actions in case there is a difference of opinion.

I don't want to further this discussion, let the people/members be the best judge of all this.

This is not a democracy. This forum belongs to certain people and they can set and abolish any rules they deem fit or undesirable respectively.

You guys whining about democracy on this forum, for this forum is like as if you enter a person's house and telling them that their furniture is not arranged according to your tastes and that you are protesting about it!

Let the moderators be, else i am not a moderator and i have no compulsion to be polite. So back off please and let the moderators be else this is the last time i say please.
