For a very long time, we have been directing members to go through the rules of the forum but only few bother to read them. Time and again members are requested as well as warned not to write in CAPS but they do not pay any heed. From now on, we will remove the posts written in CAPS for it is very irritating for us to re-write such long posts all written in Caps.

Both of your posts are removed you made today. You were warned twice a week ago.

salaam,

the moderators don't have to rewrite all the post. they just need MS Word to change the case of the text.

Procedure:
1) copy the text from the post into MS Word
2) select it
3) click format menu
4) click change case
5) select 'lowercase'
6) press ok
7) edit the post and replace the text

note: this will remove capitalization indiscriminately. hope it would be fine.

i shall however abide by the forum rules.

Some mods are using Office 2007.
  1. Select the text that you want to change the case of.
  2. On the Home tab, in the Font group, click Change Case (as shown in the diagram below), and then click the capitalization option that you want.


  • to capitalize the first letter of a sentence and leave all other letters as lowercase, click Sentence case.
  • To exclude capital letters from your text, click lowercase.
  • To capitalize all of the letters, click UPPERCASE.
  • To capitalize the first letter of each word and leave the other letters lowercase, click Capitalize Each Word.
  • To shift between two case views (for example, to shift between Capitalize Each Word and the opposite, cAPITALIZE eACH wORD), click tOGGLE cASE.
P.S - Even this does not mean that we will spare your posts now.
