My thread's disappearance

I posted a thread in US History section, requesting for recommendation of any MCQs book having solved past papers MCQs; but to my consternation, that thread was mysteriously disappeared.

May I know how that thread was not within the forum guidelines? If I, by any chance, transgressed the forum's rules, then I tender my unconditional apologies. But I will request the Admin or Mod concerned to enlighten me as to what exactly that thread violated so that I follow right course of action in future.

Your guidance and clarification will be acknowledged.

Thank you for locating my post. I, perhaps naively, believed that my thread got deleted but in fact, it was moved elsewhere without being notified to me. That's why, I was left baffled.

I don't know how to sort out my threads through "my profile" as you suggest. Please excuse my ignorance!

We do not delete,edit threads without any reason.And we can't inform or ask each and every member before editing,moving and deleting threads.

To locate your threads from your profile

User CP> Your Profile> show all statistics >Find all threads started by ...

You can even use search option for that.
