Hi. I was just wondering that can't it be done that the home page of the site once opened be automatically refreshed after 5 minutes or so. You know if i spent more time on forum say an hour or so, i repeatedly have to refresh that page to know what is new. Thanks

For Opera you don't need any extension. Just open the main page, click right, go to Reload Every and select interval.
