You can't. All you can do is log out of the forum and stop visiting the site. Your threads and posts cannot be removed.

Oh come on! Why are you bent on a making mountain out of molehill?

Its just a simple matter of forgetting the password. May be you need to set a new password for your account with eyes wide shut. Blindly! Then log out and never enter the site's url in the address bar ever again.
No, am not kidding. I am dead serious.

Also, browser's like Firefox and Chrome have extensions to block access to the sites that you specify. You better look into them.

We don't delete any account for whatever be the reason. Period!
Now we have other, more important and relevant things to do with our time, so do not post on this issue again.
